This was my first time visiting Camelback Smiles. I was not sure about it since I was with my previous dentists until they retired. I was a little reluctant in searching out a new dentist. My initial phone call the gal was super friendly and helpful she was able to fit me in 2 days…. In my mind … that’s awesome!! Im excited at this point and was looking forward to my appointment. I get to the office again front desk staff friendly and inviting. I meet Dr Erwin, Maria and Sabrina. They did not disappoint!!! Again friendly, kind and concerned about my gums, teeth, and wellbeing. Great staff and excellent experience. Thank you my smile is brighter today!!

Office manager Rene greeted me as I walked in to the office and quickly took care of signing me in. She also took care release forms. Later we worked on a great flexible payment plan. As I was taken back and placed in a room Gloria started the prep for Dr. Erwin to numb my gums for the deep cleaning. Then Karla explained the process and assured me if there was any discomfort to let her know. She did great I could tell she was very meticulous making sure she got every part of my mouth. Dr. Edwin stepped in again to place a crown on one of my molder. I was so happy. You can't even tell I have a crown! Last but definitely not least. Dr. Pratt removed an infected molder. He explain every step and made sure I was completely numb before starting the process. No pain just a little pressure. Over all this group work very well together. Professional and sympathetic to all your needs. Thank you all. Job well done!
